Kim joins us with 13 years of financial and administrative experience, both from the oil & gas regulatory  as well as childcare fields.

Kim has strong communication and problem-solving skills, not to mention is a great team player – jumping in to help anywhere needed. With McCarthy, Kim overseas both accounting functions in a bookkeeper role along with managing our warehouse and logistics. Kim loves making connections, she is quick to building strong working relationships and takes pride in deepening our partnerships with our customers and vendors.

Outside of McCarthy, Kim and her husband are proud parents for their 14-year-old son, who keeps them busy between his passions of hockey, lacrosse & golf. Kim’s a true sports mom (the good supportive kind) watching him play reminders her of grow up playing all sports as well. However now, when not cheering on her son, she prefers to expand her baking skills or relaxing with friends over tea.  And, of course, Kim is a huge animal lover too –  we mean “huge” literally in reference to Rogue, her 140lbs Great Dane!
