It started out as a summer job. A self-proclaimed jack-of-all-trades, Daymon joined McCarthy as a teenager in 2016 and has proven to be the perfect fit for our growing company when it comes to keeping up with packing and shipping. 

Daymon now has a full time role with McCarthy, managing our warehouse. This includes all shipments in and out, inventorying demo and loaner equipment, tradeshow preparations and keeping our sales team armed with samples. He’s quick to adapt and takes pride in helping to problem-solve and jumping in to assist with tasks beyond the warehouse’s standard scope.

Daymon’s family has a long history of farming and ranching in Saskatchewan. He knows the value of an honest days work and, of course, has a soft spot for animals. There’s always been dogs and cats to share the house with and, even briefly, a duck.

Outside of work, Daymon is focused on fitness and health. Naturally curious, he also likes to challenge himself and master new skills.
